GrapeMine is a browser based data mining tool that allows the retrieval of information from the v1 annotation of the grapevine genome (mRnas, genes, exons and polypeptides), on ontologies (Plant Ontology, Gene Ontology, Prosite, Pfam), on polymorphisms (SNPs, InDels and markers), on phenotyping data and genetic resources (germplasms).
